Western Front’s 38th Annual Gala Dinner and Art Auction on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.
The Auction is the signature event held at the Western Front: the Grand Luxe Hall hosts 80 guests during the evening with a catered three-course dinner, complementary beverages, musical entertainment and returning auctioneer Hank Bull.
For the Western Front, a non-profit registered charity, the event raises funds to help support our diverse arts programming, and our continued efforts to foster a vibrant cultural scene in Vancouver.
For art lovers and friends of the Western Front, this is a rare opportunity to purchase works by a wide range of renowned artists: Raymond Boisjoly, Eli Bornowski, Aaron Carpenter, Dana Claxton, Stan Douglas, Fastwürms, Brendan Fernandes, Antonia Hirsch, Instant Coffee, Jessica Jang, Toril Johanessen, Devon Knowles, Keith Langergraber, Derek Liddington, Jason McLean, Alex Morrison, Shannon Oksanen, Ryan Peter, Ed Pien, Les Ramsay, Kate Sansom, Corin Sworn, Althea Thauberger, Holly Ward, Paul Wong and many more.
